6.1 The choice of audio monitoring connecting cable
Considering the complex construction environment, it is recommended that use 0.5 mm cross section with a shield cable. It means that commonly used 2 * 0.5 RVVP shielded cable or 3 * 0.5 RVVP shielded cable, as shown below:
6.2 Way of Power Supply of Audio Monitoring
Audio monitoring power supply can use the centralized power supply or the front-end power supply:
1.The front-end power supply mode
Front-end power supply means that the front-end separately supply power to audio monitoring. Using SIZHENG dedicated power supply equipment,audio monitoring can be connected into a power supply and then from audio output port of the power supply (dedicated power supply)make audio signal transfer to IP cameras,DVR/NVR equipment.
Audio monitoring wiring diagram as following:

There are two connection ways through SIZHENG dedicated power supply to connect IP cameras:
1.Directly through audio tieline, from 3.5mm port of A side power supply to make audio signal connect into camera.
2.From No. 4, 5 ports of B side power supply use wire (made as 3.5 mm male head) to connect to audio input port of the camera.
If it is regular Audio Ln/Line Ln standard interface, insert 3.5mm tieline into earphone port of adapter front panel.
Note: some model Hikvision IP cameras or some manufacturers cameras just with MIC standard audio input jack, rather than regular Audio Ln/Line Ln standard, you need to log in the Camera Settings Interface from computer, modify the audio input mode of camera.

2. The back-end power supply mode
Backend power supply is also called centralized power supply, it is that multiple audio monitoring use one power together to save the cost. In general speaking, power of centralized power supply will be placed on the backend (command center), so it is called the back-end power supply.
Instruction of centralized power supply wiring installation as below:
The remote centralized power supply(audio recording equipment end/PA equipment end centralized power supply)use 3×0.5 RVVP cable, divide cable into power supply positive-wire, audio signal positive-wire, ground wire. It can use shielded cable in complex electromagnetic environment or audio signal is interfered, shielding layer single-ended connected the equipment ground. Its meaning is one end shielding net of the audio monitoring suspend in midair, the equipment shielding net connect equipment ground(casing).
Note: When wiring, you have better to separately cabling, do not use the same cable trough with alternating current or strong current. At the same time, as far as possible away from transformer, rectifier of lamps and lanterns or other strong electromagnetic interference equipment; Front-end separate power supply, the general is DC voltage DC10V - 18 v, it is recommended to use 12 v, and more than 100 meters, recommended 15 v.

6.3 Connection way of SIZHENG Dedicated Power Supply Adapter
If choose SIZHENG dedicated power adapter as audio monitoring power supply, please refer the connection mode as belowing:
PW-V10 Power supply adapter (right side)
PHONE: earphone/speaker jack
VOL :volume level adjustment knob
PW :POWER LED
6.4 Connection of your Power Supply
If you choose your own 12V DC power supply. Because audio monitoring is very sensitive and small signal amplification equipment, it is more sensitive to the clutter of power. Switching power supply ripple is bigger, it is likely to cause audio output of audio monitoring mixed "squeak"electric current sound. If the conditions allow, be sure to use small clutter and clean high quality DC stabilized power supply. Here refers to the DC stabilized power supply is "transformer", generally is composed of power transformer, rectifier diode, filter capacitor and integrated voltage regulator. Cannot use the switching power supply, it may be introduced lots of circuit noise for the audio monitoring.
Audio monitoring power negative electrode and audio ground wire connection:
Audio ground wire of audio monitoring and power negative electrode close 2 for one, also it must be connected to negative electrode of DC regulated power supply and ground wire of audio equipment audio input (LineIn) at the same time. If the power supply ground and audio ground are not connected well, it will cause the decline in voice quality or no sound. If the ground wire of audio equipment LineIn terminal does not connect to ground wire of audio monitoring, voice will be very small.
Considering the complex construction environment, it is recommended that use 0.5 mm cross section with a shield cable. It means that commonly used 2 * 0.5 RVVP shielded cable or 3 * 0.5 RVVP shielded cable, as shown below:
